OHHH they look so huggable. I would love to be there but I'd dissolve into a Jello puddle and be of no use just thinking about their plight. Keep up the good work, Betty.
I want to hug each one of these children...they remind me so much of my own sweet little daughter who was considered a "slumdog"...Yet she is one of the best gifts God has ever given me....diane
The litte ones in the earlier grades are starting to cut their hair in little wedgie haircuts. The older grades, starting with the fifth grade, all have the beautiful long braids. I can't imagine how long it takes them to get ready for school in the morning. Of course, they have each other to help out.
"lead me, guide me, walk beside me, help me find the way; teach me . . ."
ReplyDeleteYou are incredible Betty!
How come these girls don't have braids? Just wondering from your previous post.
